Success and Efficiency Multiply with 5S

We continue to get effective results with the 5S system we implemented to increase transparency, efficiency, performance, and success within the company. Following analyses conducted among our units throughout December, three of our departments qualified for the grand prize. We extend our sincere thanks to our teammates in the Drying Packaging, Galvanized, and Wire Drawing units for their great dedication and diligence. Additionally, our teammates who proposed factory-internal improvement suggestions during the month also won suggestion awards. This system we apply has shown us that being a large family, where everyone has a voice, brings us great success. In the suggestion and feedback system, 6 times more suggestions were received and improvements were made in 2022 compared to the previous year. Our target for 2023 is to increase the number of suggestions tenfold. We will continue our work with the same spirit and excitement. We will achieve even greater success with the efforts shown together with our units.
